1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pk67 online gaming platform, accessible at pk67.pw ("the Platform"). 3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pk67 account credentials, including your username and password. pk67 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pk67 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pk67 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

pk67 cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to keep login credentials secure. In the event of a suspected security breach, pk67 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

4 Deposits

All deposits on pk67 are processed and held in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit in your account.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is stated in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited promptly. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking timelines.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a third-party account is prohibited.
• No deposit fees from pk67: pk67 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Always check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is initiated but not credited to your pk67 account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference. pk67 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk67 account are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Verification requirement: pk67 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will avoid delays.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the Cashier section and may vary by method.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in your account Cashier. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority processing.
• Wagering requirement: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is processed. Real-money deposits not associated with an active bonus are generally available for withdrawal subject to standard processing.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible, in line with standard financial controls.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page in the Promotions section. The following general conditions apply across all pk67 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Sports Betting, Fish Games and Bingo contribution rates are stated on individual promotion pages. Table games and certain other titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

7 VIP Programme

The pk67 VIP programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Players earn VIP points through qualifying real-money wagers on eligible games across all sections of the Platform. The following conditions apply to the VIP programme:

• Tier progression: Tier level is determined by cumulative qualifying wager volume within the applicable assessment period. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are stated in the VIP section.
• Cashback: VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period. Cashback rates increase at each tier. Cashback credited to your account may carry a wagering requirement as stated in the VIP programme terms.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

• RNG certification: All Slots and other luck-based games on pk67 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by pk67 or by players.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk67. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited activity will be subject to suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance at pk67's discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs or pricing errors for profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting activity in a way designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may expose pk67 or other users to harm.
• Attempting to access the Platform's systems, databases or code without authorisation.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or funding your account with funds derived from illegal activity.

pk67 cooperates with relevant authorities where required and may report suspected illegal activity. If your account is suspended for any of the above reasons, pk67 will communicate the reasons to you via your registered contact details where disclosure is permitted.

10 Responsible Gaming

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances and VIP points are forfeited upon account closure.

12 Privacy and Data
